Do you think its okay for a year old girl to wear makeup?
Ive been allowed to wear it since I turned , and Ive always kept it in moderation meaning no thick blue eyeshadow and cakey foundation. I recieve many compliments on how I know how to wear it, but some people think Im too young to even own any. Normally all I wear is eye shadow, concealer, sometimes eyeliner and mascara, and sometimes lip gloss. All lightly, of course. Do you think Im too young?
