I have a bankers standing order in favour of the NSPCC, thats the only charity that I can afford to give to regularly.brbrI never give money to strangers in the street, because as a recovered alcoholic, I know where the money will probably go.brbrI have no prblem lending money to friends in need if I have it.brbrThe only place I gave money to beggars is when I lived in Thailand, where the beggars were either leppers or severely handicapped or aged and wheres there are no social services, theres no excuse in this country.
